It appears that the Iranian government has taken a softer stance when it comes to the fate of the 15 British sailors it kidnapped. Now the Iranian chief negotiator is saying there's no need to try the sailors in court. One can only speculate what's going on behind closed doors that would make the Iranians take a softer stance such as this.
