It can't be that difficult to track down a person who's posting militant videos. Simply check the user name, trace the IP address with YouTube's cooperation, find the internet cafe in Iraq that it's being uploaded on (if it indeed is being uploaded in Iraq), and keep an eye on the cafe and see who goes onto YouTube. Tail the guy for a bit and I'll bet you that you'll find that he's probably got something to do with the content of that video. Insurgency would go down. How much I don't know, but you can bet that you'd start winning the propaganda war.
