Justice Department Wants Your DNA

I can totally understand this for convicted Federal criminals, but the fact that they want your DNA at the time of arrest is blatantly unconstitutional. It's clearly against the "unreasonable search and seizure" part of the Constitution. Look for someone to sue against this and win. If I were arrested and they took my DNA and I was acquitted, you can bet your ass I would want them to expunge my DNA profile from their database. Granted, this would help law enforcement with their jobs, but you have to make a stand somewhere for privacy rights and this is one of those stands.
