While a lot of people can claim that the US is just being a bully in the Middle East, it does say something when the UN nuclear agency cuts aid to a country because of sanctions. Look for Iran to become further isolated until they realize that their exports are what funds 80% of their economy and things begin to crumble. Then you'll see them open up a bit more.
