"It takes a village" my ass. It takes a responsible parent to whack their kids on the ass when they do bad things and tell them "No". Sure she raises points that parenting can be tough, but parenting is the job of the parent. It's not up to the government, your neighbor, the school system, or nintendo to raise your kids. It's YOUR responsibility. That's why if your kid does something bad enough, you can be held responsible.
