We've never been one for building nations. However, we have the best military in the world. I think the problem that we face in Iraq is that we are fighting a tough enemy who has no problems blending in with civilians and then loudly protesting when we go after them in civilian areas. But then again, that's what we get when we face off with cowards who hide behind women and children.
