Ok, so this idiot seems to think that the Second Amendment only applies to "well regulated militias"? Good luck in getting the court to agree with you. Plus, it only uses the EXAMPLE of a well regulated militia".
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
There are too many people that hold this right as sacred as anything else in their lives, so you can bet that there'll be some major feathers ruffled if this court case goes the way this guy wants.
