Let me explain to you how America works. If you work hard and are talented, there is literally nothing in your way to make top dollar.
Whether you're black, white, green, or Jewish, you can make it here. For example, I have a friend, who happens to be black, who studied hard, took responsible risks, and now makes a ton of money, more then I do. He lives in a $500,000 4 bedroom home with his wife and two children.
How did he do it? He studied, went to college, paid attention, and started his own business. He's a bright guy with a lot of talent, who didn't let anyone get in his way when it came to financial prosperity.
You can do it too and if someone tells you that you can't, tell them to fuck off on your way to the top.
"Too many Americans, whites and even some blacks, think that the playing field has indeed leveled," said Marc Morial, president and CEO of the National Urban League.
It has not, he added.

Morial blamed the disparities on inadequate schools in black neighborhoods, workplace discrimination and too many black families with only one parent.
My friend grew up poor just like I did, but instead of screwing around, he worked hard at school. He had the same opportunities that I did and went to the same lower-middle class schools I did.
It's idiots like Morial who wants to make people feel sorry for themselves when instead they need a kick in the ass and shown how to make their lives better.
Anyone can do it, and it simply doesn't matter what your skin color is.
