Sounds vaguely like a threat doesn't it?
The Muslim scholars state: "As Muslims, we say to Christians that we are not against them and that Islam is not against them - so long as they do not wage war against Muslims on account of their religion, oppress them and drive them out of their homes."
Oh, so if there's even a single Muslim being "oppressed", then Christians and American's can be jihaded against?
It seems like Muslim leaders are falling for Osama's line of bullshit: American's and Christian's are "oppressing" us. "They are fighting a war against Islam!"
"They have no right to be pissed even though we killed 3,000 innocent people and cut heads off of captured telecommunications workers".
If you're going to threaten us, how about you man up and actually do it? How about you save your "we want peace" bullshit for someone who'll believe you?
You and I both know that Muslims are generally a peaceful religious group, but with more and more of their "leaders" threatening Christians and Americans, sooner or later you have to wonder out loud "when are we going to stop pussy footing around" and fight back?
Prominent Muslim scholars are warning that the "survival of the world" is at stake if Muslims and Christians do not make peace with each other.
"Survival of the world" sounds awfully like a threat to me. Maybe they didn't mean it as a threat. If so, then perhaps they should reword their statement and apologize for the misunderstanding. But that is, of course, if they truly want peace.
