A bunch of leaders in Iraq were kidnapped today, and that is a bad thing. However, there is a bit of good news in the article.....WAY down the article...That the US is handing complete control of the Karbala province over to the Iraqi security forces. This is an area with about 500,000 people in it. This is extremely significant, as it's showing steps are being taken for the Iraqi's to get back on their feet and this is one way for them to show it.
