Proposed Atlanta Bill Would Ban Baggy Pants - News Story - WGCL Atlanta

Ok, let's take a look at this here.  This has got to be one of the dumbest things I've seen in a while.  Banning baggy pants is idiocy for a couple of reasons.  First off, it's completely unconstitutional.  It can be argued that it's Freedom of Speech.

Secondly, banning the way a person dresses is something that the Taliban or Iran would do.  It's not American.

Thirdly, Does the Atlanta political system have NOTHING better to do then ban baggy clothes on children?

Now the ACLU is claiming that the proposal is too vague (correct) and would unfairly target black people (incorrect).  It would unfairly target idiots who don't know how to dress themselves.  White kids, black kids, Mexican kids have all done this idiotic way of dressing and it will die down as soon as there's another fashion trend.  Banning it only makes you look like an out of touch idiot with nothing to do but to hassle kids and not tackle the tough problems that face your administration.
