Oh for Christ's sake people, he knowingly lied to the Senate, questioned Haebus Corpus, and is a generally underhanded, sneaky type of guy. Grow a backbone and impeach this guy for the lies he told the Senate. Simple as that.
I understand you don't want to impeach on a whim, but with him knowingly lying about the rights and privacy of American citizens, this is one instance where impeachment is appropriate.
