FBI Looking For Suspicious Ferry Passengers

The Seattle P-I is not publishing the photos because neither man is considered a suspect nor has either been charged with a crime.

The photos, which I will publish, were taken by the ferry crew because they thought they were acting suspiciously enough to warrant the photograph.

"They had more than the average interest in the working parts of the ferry, the layout of the ferry, the size of it -- more than you would see in normal passenger," said FBI spokesperson Robbie Burroughs.

I live in Washington state where these ferries operated. I've even been on them from time to time. These boats carry hundreds of people and the water in the Puget Sound is very, very cold. You could easily kill everyone by sinking those ferries. They don't even need to die by drowning or explosion, the hypothermia would do the job just as well. For the Seattle Post-Intelligencer not to publish these photos is a travesty in of itself. My bet is that these two are scoping out potential targets, and a ferry is next on their list.
