Chavez is starting to lose his mind. Case in point, he's putting Venezuela's clocks 1/2 hour ahead from where it is now.
Of course this idiot has no idea of the ramifications of such a move. Computer programs and hardware need to be updated with the new time. Critical infrastructure might have to be redone in order to maintain compliance. World wide businesses will have to adjust their schedules to avoid confusion, and much, much more.
The problem with Chavez is that he seems to think that he can just waltz in and take over a country. His line of bullshit gets old really quickly and I wouldn't be surprised if there's a coup in the future of Chavez.
But I've seen dumber dictators before (Saddam).
