Now they aren't going to be using the phrase "war on terror"? Seems a bit weak kneed if you ask me. Democrats seem equally weak in this area. When you go to war, you need to fight to win. Don't pussy foot around and show weakness to your enemy. Get the MI6 spooks on the job, assassinate Al-Qaeda leadership, shut down or destroy everything that your enemy touches. If you suspect someone is involved in terrorism, follow them, wiretap them, do whatever it takes to get the information that you need. If they aren't involved in terrorism, move on. It's really not that difficult here people. This guy seems to get it.
