Russia: We No Longer Murder Spies

Well that's comforting. But the odd thing is that they admit that they've done it. So if they've done it in the past, why wouldn't they do it now? They even that the murder of dissident Georgi Markov in 1978, "was probably the last one". Georgi wasn't even a spy, so it makes you wonder if they are willing to murder people like Georgi, it's not all that unbelievable that they would do it to our poisoning friend.
