I'm glad that we're helping India with nuclear technology. First off, they are an ally who has been very responsible with their nuclear technology. They are a nice counter balance between them and the Pakistanis who don't seem to mind giving away their nuclear technology. It's also a nice little reminder to those in the region that don't like us that we have friends there and that the balance of power won't be so easily upset.
